subpoenas, wage garnishment, and bankruptcy?

Bankruptcy
Long story short, last year i was scammed out of over ,000 which left my minimum-wage-earning-self living off credit cards until i could get back on my feet only to realize i was in debt over my head by that time…
so, i have creditors breathing down my neck right now and i have a few questions.
IF I get subpoenaed how much time would i have from the time the subpoena shows up at my door, to the time i have to show up in court?
Do i even have to show up in court?, i obviously already know what the outcome will be…

If you’re subpoenaed, then you have 20 days (or 30 days) to respond (in writing) to the court and to the creditors. If you respond, then you will delay the process for many weeks or months, and possibly win your case.
If you don’t respond, then the creditor will walk into court to seek a "default judgment".
