if i file for bankruptcy and include my payday loan, can they still deposit my check ?

I don’t want them to be able to send my check to the bank and me be charged additional fees for it. or will they have to just hold the check or what will happen.

It depends on when they are notified of your bk filing. If they deposit the check before you file, you are responsible of the overdraft fees with your bank. If they deposit it, you file and they haven’t been notified, they may have to re-imburse you for the $ but not the fees…fine line with filing the bk…ask your attorney, that’s what you pay them for, and they will be able to tell you exactly what you can do.
